What Is Happening on Site Now

The project is in an identifiable foundation stage

myBina currently records Skyline One Sentosa as Construction — Piling & Foundation Works, with substructure works underway. Recent site footage reviewed by LPI is visually consistent with that stage.

Evidence note: site footage is a dated visual record, not an engineering certification. It can confirm visible site activity but cannot prove structural quality, future construction speed or eventual delivery timing on its own.

Main Piling Contractor

Why the Soletanche Bachy appointment matters — and where the conclusion should stop

TSLAW Land announced on 15 June 2026 that Soletanche Bachy had been appointed as the main piling contractor for Skyline (Eastside) @ OneSentosa.

The developer’s announcement lists past involvement in major projects including Petronas Twin Towers, Marina Bay Sands, ION Orchard & The Orchard Residences, International Commerce Centre, Landmark 81 and TSLAW Tower.

LPI interpretation: this is useful contractor background. It does not guarantee that Skyline One Sentosa will achieve the same final construction quality, resale value or investment outcome as those projects.

Buyer Meaning

What the piling stage actually means for buyers

What it does mean

The project has moved beyond launch material and preliminary site activity into a physical construction stage that can be observed and tracked.

What it does not mean

It does not yet prove on-time completion, final build quality, rental performance, resale performance or future management quality.

Next Milestones to Watch

What should come after foundation works

Substructure completion

Completion of below-ground and foundation-related structural works.

Podium & superstructure

Visible above-ground structural progress through the podium and residential towers.

Façade, M&E & commissioning

Later-stage building envelope, services, testing and eventual handover preparation.

LPI Buyer Context

Progress is useful evidence, but unit selection still matters more

The September 2026 evidence confirms an active construction stage. For a buyer, the more important long-term questions remain whether later milestones continue to progress, whether the completed product matches approved specifications, and whether the exact unit is defensible on price, layout, facing, parking and intended use.
