Chin Hin Unveils Ophira Resort Residences at Dutamas Sales Gallery Opening

KUALA LUMPUR, 10 October 2026 — Chin Hin Group Property (CHGP) has announced the official unveiling of Ophira Resort Residences, marked by the grand opening of its sales gallery at The MET Corporate Towers, Level 18, Dutamas.

The event introduced the development’s resort-inspired residential concept, with guests gathering around its architectural scale model and taking part in a launch ceremony. Photographs released by Chin Hin Property show the unveiling presentation, group photographs and a festive lion dance performance.

A nature-inspired approach to urban living

In its launch announcement, Chin Hin Property described Ophira as a nature-inspired high-rise residence combining contemporary comforts, landscaped greenery and resort-style communal facilities.

The development is planned along Jalan Segambut near Dutamas, within the broader Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas and Segambut area of Kuala Lumpur.

Ophira Resort Residences is a planned freehold serviced-apartment development with commercial title along Jalan Segambut, near Dutamas in Kuala Lumpur. Project materials describe two residential towers with 1,546 units in total, including 54 Madani units.

Layouts range from approximately 525 to 1,020 sq ft, from 1+1-bedroom residences to four-bedroom homes. Proposed common facilities include a 50-metre swimming pool, a gym, co-working areas and landscaped spaces. Its existing visitor-information page lists opening hours as Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Visitors are advised to reconfirm the hours before travelling, as schedules and public-holiday arrangements may change.

Show units and visitor access

The Sales Gallery visitor guide currently lists a Type B show unit (722 sq ft, 2+1 bedrooms and two bathrooms) and a Type C3 show unit (840 sq ft, three bedrooms and two bathrooms). The gallery also features a project model and information on the development’s floor plans.

Visitors should expect to register at the ground-floor reception of The MET Corporate Tower and present identification for a visitor pass before proceeding to Level 18. An appointment is recommended ahead of the visit.
