TSLAW Land Named Top-Performing Non-Listed Developer at StarProperty Awards 2026

TSLAW Land was named the No. 1 top-performing non-listed developer at the StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards 2026, while its Skyline One Sentosa project received two additional awards in the Johor development categories.

The awards were presented during the 11th edition of the StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards, held at Sunway Resort Hotel in Petaling Jaya on May 7, 2026.

The annual event recognised 112 recipients from 44 property developers across 35 categories and two special recognition awards. The ceremony brought together representatives from property development companies, government agencies and the wider real estate industry.

TSLAW Land took first place in the All-Stars non-listed companies segment. Seri Pajam Development and KLK Land were ranked second and third respectively.

The All-Stars category recognises overall developer performance and is divided between listed and non-listed companies. The award is separate from the project-specific categories presented during the same event.

TSLAW Land Receives All-Stars Recognition

TSLAW Land said the award represented recognition of the company’s work across its property portfolio and reflected the contribution of its staff, homeowners, partners and other stakeholders.

The developer stated that its approach focuses on practical layouts, project innovation and value for homeowners. It also said the award would support its continued expansion and the development of future projects.

TSLAW Land executive director Law Wai Cheong received the recognition during the awards ceremony. Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming presented awards at the event, which was organised by StarProperty, a subsidiary of Star Media Group.

For the listed-company All-Stars segment, Sime Darby Property was ranked first, followed by IJM Land and OSK Property. The non-listed segment was led by TSLAW Land.

Skyline One Sentosa Wins Two Johor Awards

Skyline One Sentosa, TSLAW Land’s high-rise development in Johor Bahru, received two project awards at the same event.

The project received an Honours Award under the Southern Star category for Best Southern Malaysia Development and a Merit Award under the Skyline category for Best High-Rise Residential Development in Johor.

The Southern Star category recognises property developments located in southern Malaysia, while the Skyline category covers high-rise residential developments. Most project categories at the 2026 awards were classified under Excellence, Honours and Merit tiers.

StarProperty’s project listing describes Skyline One Sentosa as a freehold serviced-apartment development in Johor Bahru. The project is planned as a 60-storey residence with 1,623 units.

The listed residential sizes range from approximately 400 sq ft to 945 sq ft, with configurations ranging from one to three bedrooms. The listing states an estimated completion date of March 2031 and an indicative starting price of RM507,000.

Skyline One Sentosa is planned with more than 40 facilities across several lifestyle zones. Announced spaces include lounges, co-working facilities, gardens, swimming pools and wellness areas.

The development is also planned with concierge-related services managed through a digital hospitality partner. Full service arrangements will depend on the completed project’s operating and management framework.

The project information and pricing remain subject to the developer’s current sales materials, approved plans and applicable housing documentation.

Award Programme Adds Urban Renewal Categories

The 2026 StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards marked the programme’s 11th year.

Organisers said the event expanded to 35 categories and introduced new sub-categories related to urban renewal. The awards covered residential, commercial, industrial, transit-oriented, integrated, sustainable and regional developments.

The 2026 programme also included Readers’ Choice categories and special recognition awards. StarProperty said the awards were intended to recognise both company-level performance and individual project achievements.

A total of 44 developers participated as award recipients, with 112 recognitions presented across the event. The non-listed All-Stars ranking placed TSLAW Land ahead of the other companies in its segment.

Recognition Follows TSLAW Project Milestones

The awards came during a year in which TSLAW Land reported several construction and delivery milestones across its Skyline portfolio.

In April 2026, the developer announced the topping-out of Skyline Kuchai in Kuala Lumpur. The event was held at the development’s Level 58 rooftop.

Skyline Kuchai is a 4.8-acre development comprising two towers and 1,838 apartments. Unit sizes range from 550 sq ft to 1,470 sq ft, while the planned facilities occupy more than 100,000 sq ft.

TSLAW Land said Skyline Kuchai was targeted for completion by the end of 2026, approximately 10 months ahead of its earlier schedule.

The project is located about 500 metres from the Kuchai MRT station and has been positioned by the developer as a transit-oriented development.

At the topping-out event, Law said Skyline Kuchai would be the second Skyline development completed during 2026. TSLAW Land had handed over Skyline KL in January 2026.

Skyline KL is located in Pudu and is directly connected to the Pudu LRT station. The project comprises 2,218 residential units and 13 retail shops and has a stated gross development value of RM1.2 billion.

TSLAW Land has also indicated plans for a 26-acre mixed development known as KLX in the Kuchai Lama area. Detailed launch information for the planned project had not been announced in the award reports reviewed.

TSLAW Property Portfolio

TSLAW Land operates as the property development arm within TSLAW Group, whose wider businesses include property, steel and mining.

The developer’s recent portfolio includes high-rise projects in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru, including Skyline KL, Skyline Kuchai and Skyline One Sentosa.

Skyline One Sentosa forms part of TSLAW Land’s expansion into the Johor market. Its two project awards at the 2026 StarProperty ceremony were presented alongside the company’s first-place ranking in the non-listed All-Stars segment.

The awards announcement did not constitute a new project approval, sales launch or construction-completion notice. Development information for Skyline One Sentosa, including its unit count, sizes, pricing and estimated completion, remains based on the current project listing and sales information.

TSLAW Land’s No. 1 ranking and the two Skyline One Sentosa recognitions were announced in May 2026, following the May 7 awards ceremony. Further updates on the company’s ongoing projects are expected to be issued separately through construction, launch and corporate announcements.
